Since 2006, Clean Ocean Access has collected 10 core water samples from various locations across Aquidneck Island as part of our water testing program.
Every Thursday, countless volunteers donate their time to gather water samples year-round, rain or shine. The samples are then delivered to the department of health for further analysis. Monitoring water quality is the first and last thing we do to ensure year-round water quality on Aquidneck Island.
